Every first Friday following devotions to the Sacred Heart and Holy Mass in the church, a social evening takes place in the Sacred Heart Centre. This usually consists of entertainment, a raffle and, of course, BINGO and is one of the many opportunities during the year for the parish community to get together.

At the 3 July 2015 social, Fr Artur was presented with his leaving gift of a personalised Swans football shirt, and the Harmony guitar group showed off their brand new T-shirts. The logo represents the many countries the participating children originate from.
