All users of the Centre are requested to respect the Covid-19 restrictions and no meetings or groups to be held until the lockdown measures are eased.
The Sacred Heart Centre has a number of regular weekly uses, particularly during term time. Additional bookings can only be accommodated around formal parish use and long term users.
Time taken to set up before and dismantle after must be taken into account – long periods of preparation may mean the booking cannot be accepted due to impact on other users of the building.
Please note that on certain days of the year, the Centre is reserved for parish use, in particular:
- Christmas Eve 24th December
- Christmas Day 25th December
- Palm Sunday
- Maundy Thursday
- Good Friday
- Holy Saturday
Please note that as a rule, the Centre will not be available for hire on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, or Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday (day before Easter Sunday), Easter Sunday or Easter Monday. These are rest periods, and the Centre is usually required for use as part of services and processions at these times.
